Resolution criteria: - "Yes": Wins if Anthropic completes an IPO strictly after 2026-10-01T22:13:27.049Z and at or before 2027-01-01T08:00:00.000Z, with an IPO pricing valuation (as determined by the official offering price multiplied by total shares outstanding at the time of pricing) strictly greater than $2 trillion USD. - "No": Wins if (a) Anthropic completes an IPO strictly after 2026-10-01T22:13:27.049Z and at or before 2027-01-01T08:00:00.000Z, with an IPO pricing valuation of $2 trillion USD or less, or (b) no Anthropic IPO is completed within the window. Clarifications: - "IPO" means Anthropic's shares begin trading on a public exchange following a firm-commitment underwritten offering; a direct listing or SPAC merger does not qualify unless it results in publicly traded shares priced through an equivalent book-building process. - "IPO pricing valuation" is defined as the official IPO price per share (as set by the underwriters and disclosed in the final prospectus or equivalent SEC filing) multiplied by the total fully diluted share count at the time of pricing, as reported in that filing. - The window for a qualifying IPO is strictly after 2026-10-01T22:13:27.049Z and at or before 2027-01-01T08:00:00.000Z; an IPO priced or completed outside this window does not count toward either outcome.
