Resolution criteria: - "Yes": Wins if Tavus Griffin (or Griffin-Lite) becomes generally available — meaning any paying Tavus customer or any developer with a standard Tavus account can access and use Griffin through the Tavus platform without requiring individual selection, a private invitation, or trusted-tester status — strictly after 2026-10-01T21:51:53.502Z and at or before 2027-01-01T08:00:00.000Z, as confirmed by an official Tavus announcement or product-page update. - "No": Wins if, at or before 2027-01-01T08:00:00.000Z, Tavus Griffin has not become generally available within the window defined above (i.e., it remains in research preview, restricted to selected testers, or has not been released to the Tavus platform at all). Clarifications: - "Generally available" means Griffin is accessible to all standard Tavus customers or developers through the normal Tavus platform or API without individual invitation or trusted-tester gating; a research preview or limited beta restricted to select testers does not qualify.
