Clarifications: - "Global AQI city rankings" refers to the IQAir live most-polluted global major city ranking, ordered by US AQI score descending (rank 1 = most polluted). "Dropping below 5th place" means Singapore's rank number becomes 6 or greater at any observed snapshot within the window. Rankings are real-time and fluctuate hourly; a single confirmed snapshot showing Singapore at rank 6 or lower within the window satisfies the "Yes" condition.
